Today’s world is the most competitive and toughest one; each and every individual hardly finds enough time to keep themselves fit by way of physical exercise or by using sophisticated modern health equipments that may be supportive to keep their body healthier.

Today’s extensive hard work from dawn to dusk that may cause severe mental stress, weakness, sickness and various organic problems that may also lead de-generative disease like Coronary Heart Disease, Diabetes, Cervical Spondiolitise, Insomnia and or so many other fatal diseases. There are so many modern handy equipments in the space using extensively by the people to keep fit themselves, but ultimately, such equipments found miserable in the long run. People get tired of by using all such unorthodox and miserable products. There are many health and fitness products which are useful to stay healthy and fit. They are- dumbbells, weight plates, EZ curl bar, tricep bar, hyper extension bench, preacher bench, the arm blaster, chin up bar, benches etc. Dumbbell exercises are performed with dumbbell in each hand. The preacher bench is designed for working the biceps. The arm blaster works similar to preacher bench by eliminating body momentum and allows you to isolate the biceps. Health and Fitness Club Classes Offer Opportunities For Women

There are many health and fitness clubs that offer special opportunities for their female clients. Most of the gyms and health clubs have classes that are co-ed, and they are also offering more individualized programs that target specific exercises for women.

Women need to learn stretching techniques that can be used to keep their bodies flexible, and these methods are sometimes different from the types of exercises available for men. The female body is often far more flexible than a man’s and, unless they keep the joints trained and moving, they will lose this ability over the years.

Some of the co-ed classes that are offered at a health and fitness club include spinning, stepping, Pilates, yoga, cardio, and weight training. Women are the dominant members of the stepping, Pilates, and yoga classes in almost every health and fitness club. The weight training classes generally have few, if any, women participants.

There are a couple of reasons that women tend to steer away from weight training. Women tend to believe that weight training and body building are synonymous and, therefore, they do not want to bulk up their bodies and look like male body builders.

Women may not know that much about weights and weight lifting techniques and many are reluctant to ask anyone for information. The barbells and heavy apparatus are still viewed as a man’s domain by many.

However, health and fitness clubs are now helping women rethink their ideas about weight training. It has been scientifically proven that working with weights will increase bone density in women. Strong bones and toned bodies are what women will gain from participating in weight training classes.

The bulk and large muscles will not appear on women unless they use testosterone drugs, since it is physically impossible for a female to develop those large and imposing muscles just by working with weights.

Health and Fitness Training – Push Ups

So simple and so often overlooked when creating a health and fitness training program. The Push Up works so many muscle groups, it can be done anywhere, it fits into any schedule, and when done regularly, will have dramatic effects on your body.

Often times when we decide to make a new commitment to fitness we join a gym, or a running club, or try a new kind of diet. Some of the most basic and effective body weight exercises like squats, chin ups, crunches, and push ups can often be overlooked. But a workout designed primarily around these types of exercises is more than enough to get you in the best shape of your life.

In fact, how often have you spent money on a gym membership, exercise equipment, or diet book and you don’t end up sticking with it? You spend all that money and you never reap the rewards. Sometimes it might be laziness that takes you off track and other times we have very legitimate reasons whether work has kept us too busy to make it to the gym or do a whole lot of cooking at home.

So instead of investing another dime in your quest to finally get fit, resign yourself to start doing body weight exercises. Let’s even make it simpler, let’s start out for 1 month where all you have to do is 1 set of push ups to failure every day. This way you have no excuses not to do the work. Also, if you can make this one simple change a habit you can slowly add exercises over time to build a quick and effective fitness routine.

Push ups by themselves work all your major pressing muscles (chest, shoulders, and triceps) as well as your abdominals and even your glutes. Think about it, one of the most popular abdominal exercises these days are planks. A plank is where you simply hold the top position of a push up for a duration of time (e.g. 30 seconds to a minute). To hold you core straight in this position requires your abdominals and glutes to engage to keep your body rigid. So while push ups do not work your entire body, they do work a good portion of your physique. From a time perspective you don’t have to waste time doing umpteen exercises to work all these different muscle groups when push ups will work them all at once.

If you can stick with this for one month add lunges for month 2. Do one set of lunges for each leg along with your one set of push ups to failure each day. For month 3 add crunches. For month 4 add chin ups. Pretty soon you will surprise yourself with just how strong and lean you are becoming.

If you can stick to this simple fitness routine you will be on your way towards a healthier, stronger, and leaner you. Health and fitness training doesn’t have to be an all or nothing choice. Start by making small changes in your life with small amounts of exercise and little dietary changes and over time you will develop the kind of habits that keep you looking and feeling great.
